Once enrollment and course access are given, course fees are non-refundable unless there is an exemption under relevant law.

Student’s decision not to watch the lectures, not to use the LMS, inability to complete the course in the agreed validity period does not by itself qualify for a refund or extension.

In the event of a duplicate payment, the excess amount may be adjusted against enrollment in another subject or applied towards a future examination attempt

Refund request will be determined based on the relevant law and the circumstances. In case refund or adjustment of fees is allowed, the relevant terms and conditions will be communicated in writing.
