LMS accounts are registered to a single device at the point of admission. Using more than one device or changing device is not allowed unless expressly written permission from Escribir Academy’s administration is sought.
Courses primarily provide access to pre-recorded lectures through the LMS. Live, interactive classes are included only where specifically indicated in the relevant course offering.
Once enrollment is completed and course access has been granted, course fees are non-refundable unless an exception applies under relevant law.
A student's decision not to watch lectures, failure to use the LMS or inability to complete the course within the agreed validity period does not, by itself, qualify for a refund or extension.
Refund requests will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case. Where a refund or fee adjustment is permitted, the relevant terms and conditions will be communicated in writing.
Yes, eligible courses may be extended by paying an additional fee of the standard course fee. Each course enrollment may be extended only once.

Students are responsible for applying any applicable coupon code at the time of payment. Promotional courses are not eligible for refunds, course freezing or extensions, subject to applicable law and the specific terms of the promotion.
Access will be revoked at the end of the examination week for the enrolled examination attempt. Students are responsible for completing their studies within the applicable access period.
